musclewiki.comWe are currently working on moving our site over to a react front end and adding more features to the site. I wanted to highlight one we are quite proud of - The advanced bodymap. Click the advanced button and get specific exercises that work that muscle. We are hoping to have an even bigger breakdown in the future when we build our "recovery" section of the site.

Hmmm, went looking for the infraspinatus for some rehab exercises, couldn't find it or any of the rotator cuff muscles recovery, rehab and mobility are an area we are a little weak on right now. That is definitely something we are going to fix soon. It would be tongue-in-cheek to redirect to Udemy if someone clicks on the model's head Cool project! Are there no exercises for the adductors? Love this. Is there a nutrition wiki? Hopefully one day! We have so many things we want to build with MuscleWiki first though.
