Neural Kernels: Reconstruct large scale digital twins with deep learning

I love this for not just being a clever 3D reconstruction algorithm, but for using prior data to train a model that's used on new point clouds.

I'm somewhat familiar with NERFs. Can someone explain how/if this is related to those?
