And interesting line of thought, my childhood was full of religious rituals. I learned some good ethics from some of their stories and was in the crossroads about how possible would it be for me to teach my community to be ethical without mysticism. It's possible. but you need to fill the void of the inexplicable. I used filial love and some universal karma as the base and that has been enough to stabilize them.

Specially when you are the most successful guy in the room, which sadly is an instance of plutocracy. but considering the merits of getting here, they will get a more cohesive world model from a healthy sceptic than a pile of incoherent mistycal teachings

What’s the difference between reality and your mind? Reality will tell you things you didn’t already know.

Cute, but the "it's all in your head" trope is too universally applicable to be salient in any random narrative.

If I were Jesus, which I may in fact be (with some probability) even if I have no reason or indication that I am, I would say, “That’s all very interesting. Isn’t it wonderful to be alive, as far as we know? Isn’t it wonderful that you think you are Satan or a doctor or whatever? And isn’t it normal for us all to do our best to express our existences and be as we believe we are? Anyway, I think so. So, in answer to your question, no thank you. I like what I am.”
