I noticed that too, looks like the woman portrait was sold at Christies on 2014. https://www.christies.com/lot/cornelis-de-vos-hulst-c-1584-1... And the provenance says the painting has been in the present owner's family since 19th century, maybe there is some clue on the family.
Did they cut the father in that paintings?
