ArtStation prohibit AI generated content and using content for AI training

We have also committed not to use, or license any third party to use, any ArtStation content for the purpose of training Generative AI Programs.
How will scraping rules be enforced just out of curiosity? It seems like that would be a very hard thing to prove in some cases.
Yeah both prevention and proving, I guess they will throw money on cyber companies doing some bot prevention. But unless it's really good, it's just waste of money because it will be bypassed
