I think this is really great for India. ISRO is going great but being a goverment entity it hesitates from taking big risks.

Hoping they will pursue making reusable rockets.

This is fantastic news for a country that can't manufacture like a decent office chair. Hopefully such high-tech endeavours will create a ripple effect across industries and boost local manufacturing in various sectors. More and more countries need to go down this route, the world depending on a single entity for everything is a very delicate situation and far too risky.
