My actual speeds with Comcast are ~140 Mbps, and typically the network (or my local node) is overwhelmed.
The only other options are satellite, or cellular.
Verizon did not extend fiber to our region. Our only fiber option is a ridiculously expensive regional ISP where you have to pay ($10K+) to have them trench to your house from the closest pole.
