Ancient practises for good health and the modern science's light on it
medium.comSo I incorporated 20:4 interminent fasting into my daily routine and it has been incredible for a lot of things lately. Things like:-
- No more evening slump.
- Much more alertness during what used to be my dinner time.
- A general feeling of lightness.
For those who might not know, it's basically I can eat whatever I want to between those 4 hours in a day, and can not for the other 20 hours.
