Joe is a millionaire who makes his money from his coal... are you surprised he doesn't support climate actions or taxes?

Joe claims his objection is due to inflation issues. But inflation is being driven by external factors such as the price of food and oil. And, yes, we do need to import oil. The U.S. produces light sweet crude but we also need heavy oil for diesel and asphalt so we need imports. The whole world is suffering from inflation at the moment.

Joe wants to reduce the deficit and debt... which is what more taxes would do. So it seems he doesn't want to reduce the deficit or debt.
