Elon Musk tells Tesla execs the company needs to lay off 10 percent of its staff

Tesla is already far behind other companies (Waymo in particular) with self-driving. I imagine Musk's behavior on/around Twitter, his abusive management style, the end of remote work at the company, and now these layoffs will drive a lot of their software talent to other places.
