I hate small talks, I build a social game to help me deepen my relationships and connect with people beyond the shallow levels.

I want your feedback, maybe inspire me with questions you would like to see popping in the game.

This is cool, thanks for making it!

When interviewing prospective hires, I am mostly looking for good people, with good intentions, that will work well in our culture. I love asking deeper/non-standard questions that are less about work, more about the whole human. I’m borrowing some questions from your deck :)

Recommendation to be super conscious of diversity and inclusion - hairstyles, bodystyles, diversity of physical abilities, more conscious of race…

And perhaps incentive to stick with a question. I tend to just browse through them

how would I do that? I've been also entertaining the idea

Cool project! :D Does the swiping actually change the questions that follow?

thanks, I haven't figured out what do I want to do with that yet. I was thinking to improve the next questions or rate the current one so it gets priority next time.

    for now it does nothing.

That sounds like a good plan! Maybe also put questions (internally) in different categories, so that when the user discards, for example, multiple questions about books, you can stop showing additional questions about books. Rinse and repeat for other topics like "death", "relationships", "heavy philosophical questions", etc. :D
