Index of 82,819 Rust libraries and applications. Alternative to crates.io

Good to finally learn what it is. I’ve seen results from lib.rs come up occasionally in web searches for crates but never understood what it was or bothered to look into it (since I am usually looking for docs rather than crate overview). I wonder if they could potentially surface what lib.rs is more obviously for people whose only exposure is accidental, like mine.
