When you buy a house, you get a deed, and the deed is recorded in a registry. Having the deed means you own the house, meaning you have the rights and responsibilities the law provides for that. An NFT is like saying, I own the entry in the registry. But the recording of the deed is not the deed, and the entry in the registry gives you none of the rights.
