Roskomnadzor blocking VPN services in Russia after ban on Facebook and Instagram

Roskomnadzor (the russian internet regulator) is blocking many of the popular commercial VPN services like ExpressVPN, NordVPN, Cyberghost. This comes after a huge soar in VPN usage. Android and iOS app store download charts were basically a huge list of VPN services.
