I only learned two things in 2021:

1. When you actually have the time to binge them you will notice that most new netflix/disney/... series are pretty boring and/or stupid.

2. As much as I hate admitting it, I actually miss talking to other people IRL. My previous plan to make some money and then move to a cabin in the woods for the rest of my life is probably a bad idea.

Edit: although today's post about Japanese game dev not leaving the for 10 years sounds tempting.

Another list of almost nothing but disconnected factoids that don't add up to any discipline or narrative. Good luck at Tuesday pub trivia, folks! (Isn't #8 relatively widely known?)

Similar to No. 5 about Everest, I believe the "Quincy" town in Massachusetts is pronounced differently than the "Quincy" in "John Quincy Adams".
