It's a Persian idiom and what does that mean is that you can't hide everything from others and they'll be informed in such way that you'll be surprised(don't know how!).

    Moosh means mice not rats but otherwise correct. This is a Persian idiom that we learned in my Farsi classes.

    Mice are considered cute in the culture ("my mouse mouse" is a term of endearment) but I don't think that changes the meaning substantially.
