Quick exit button floods browser history hiding URL of Domestic Abuse Support

Most browsers have a Group Policy setting to disable Incognito Mode. Seeing this post raises an interesting question in my mind. Such a setting is obviously useful to domestic abusers. Does it have any legitimate use cases, though, or should browser makers remove that setting and always allow it?
