Since a few years I am slowly developing a cancer peptide vaccine online tool for humans [0]. I wonder if someone would be interested in developing this tool in a business for pets and hire me as CTO ;-)
Seriously, there are online tools for peptide vaccines such as NetMHCpan since a long time. Yet they are not very effective in real life and anyway they are not usable with cats or dogs. In addition as they do not propose a ready to use peptide, lot of arcane chemical modifications are required to make the proposed peptides usable.
I would be happy to design such a tool for cats and dogs if someone is interested.
