Southwest Is Now Suing Skiplagged over Hidden City Ticketing

The lawsuit mentions that page scraping is against their TOS [1]. This seems like a potentially similar lawsuit to the LinkedIn data scraping suit.

I’ve never had much luck myself searching on skiplagged, but I think it’s interesting how the process works and how against it the airlines are.
