Covid has exposed the great fiction of middle-class life in India

I could (as a European) write a moralizing piece here about how shameful Indians treat others and how all people are equal.

But the hard truth is that Europe is hoarding vaccines and not forcing it’s bio industries to sell at a discount (or better, free the mRNA vaccine patents) for the poorer parts of this planet...
