Senate Passes Bill to Clear Green-Card Backlog for Indian Immigrants

The Senate does this periodically to rile up this constituency and do fund raising. The Senate passing the bill does nothing because the house has to pass their bill, then they have to reconcile and pass them again. Fat chance of any of that happening. Just a scam by both sides in the senate and house to keep playing this game and extracting donations from both sides.
