It's a partisan hack job. Even if you agree that Google is being monopolistic, this was poorly done. It seeks no specific remedy. It's a last-minute "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" Trump administration move. Just the list of which states filed alongside the DOJ shows you precisely how this is a right-wing attempt at punitive action. Not justice.
