Disney Lays Off 28,000 Workers as Disneyland's Reopening Unclear
wsj.com> layoffs are the latest example of ongoing tension between governments trying to keep the new coronavirus in check and businesses struggling to make ends meet amid restrictions on the way they can operate.

California is in for a rough ride. Businesses are leaving the state, Tesla has threatened to move its HQ to Nevada or Texas.
I know so so many people who are leaving California, mostly because of the high cost of living, and the fires being something of a final straw. Somewhat ironically people seem to be coming to the Northeast in droves, after years of making fun of the weather, folks suddenly like the culture, infrastructure, and relative safety from natural disasters.
Because of Covid?
Seems like a non sequitur.
