techradar.comNot really clear how they would solve bottleneck problems for memory access. But, still nice to see growing competition in the CPU space. No matter what, that should benefit consumers.
It looks like they support HBM2e memory and I'm assuming since this is the server space they will support a lot of it. So seems to be a combination of sharing and vertical scaling.
